「I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error. 「我們在這住宿3個晚上。飯店距離迪士尼樂園步行只需要15分鐘左右，非常適合到迪士尼樂園的旅客住宿。客房內有廚房設備可使用，環境舒適。美中不足的是浴室內的洗髮乳沐浴乳僅剩空瓶，工作人員完全沒有巡視補充。」

「I liked the service and how convenient it was to go from place to place. The complimentary breakfast and the cleaning service were really nice, the hotel was close to attractions, and the decorations in the lobby were pretty. But the swimming pool had leaves in it and there aren’t any lifeguards there. I think that there could be a bit more safety around a few places, but other than that, it was overall a great experience!」

「Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed...
