「I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the room was not very pleasant—it felt quite outdated and wasn’t as clean as expected, with noticeable spider webs. In addition, it was quite noisy in the morning, which made it difficult to rest properly. On a more positive note, the restaurant staff were excellent. They were very friendly, welcoming, and provided great service, which was definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, while the staff made a good...

「very nice and lovely host, breakfast is superb! would be great if indicated more clearly in the website that some rooms are not equipped with bathroom...」

「Unbelievable apartment!!! What a find, from the moment I found The Rockefeller on Expedia to arrival through to the end of the stay everything was the best!! Not going to gointo much detail as wouldn’t want to ruin anybody else’s experience but I will say you won’t be disappointed, everything about the apartment is funky, design led and luxurious from the furnishings to the artwork and even the kitchen and bathroom are of the highest spec. Centrally located with ample parking pretty much...

「Philips, the star of the hotel! Great experience here! Really nice staff and awesome view!」

「Lovely decor, had a mix of modern and rustic which was lovely and some of the stone wall original features. It had everything you need, was warm and comfy. Beds were comfy and the shower was really good too. Lovely touch leaving little gift for the dogs, and the communication with the host was very good. We would rebook if we return to the area!」

「There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and parking was a nightmare; other cars were in the spot that were suppose to be designated for the listing. We had to pay to park over night. Pill out bed is not very comfortable. The host had great communication when we had trouble with accessing the check in instructions. Overall, wish the dishes in the dishwasher had been dealt with correctly as we planned on eating breakfast there in the morning before leaving but had no clean cutlery!」

「I’m very disappointed because this property is simply not accurately advertised. The accommodation itself is nice, but several of the facilities that influenced my decision to book DO NOT EXIST as advertised. Expedia clearly lists a restaurant, bar/lounge and full-service spa, including massage, and shows spa/sauna facilities. In reality, there is NO restaurant, NO bar and NO full-service spa. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and delivered to your room, but that is not a restaurant. A minibar in...
