“Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分”

“I arrived late to the St. John’s Doubletree. I was met by the most delightful receptionist named Liza, who couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. The place smelled like warm cookies and she handed me two, and then offered me two more in addition to two bottles of water. I felt like I was at Home!
Wonderful people wonderful accommodations. It’s enough to make me wish I was Canadian. They are the best!”

“We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. “I tend to stay at Holiday Inns because they are consistent and I like the room set up. The staff here were real friendly and they offer breakfast as early as 3:00 am. My only 2 complaints: the dark drapes didn't seem to work. I think they were just for show. There was a bright streetlight just outside my window that was annoying. The tile flooring looked good, but for some reason, it was slippery to the point of being dangerous. I had never encountered that in other Holiday Inns.”
