“Too old”

“La camera era molto piccola, ma davvero molto accogliente. Devo davvero complimentarmi con il Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ma soprattutto con la qualità delle pietanze servite a cena e la colazione davvero bello trovare un posto dove oggi si mangia bene ”

“Friendly staff, situated near a big supermarket, 20 minutes bus from Norwich City.”

“Clean but dated room. Damaged items of furniture. Hairdryer didn't work. Whole place has just seen better days”

“We stayed in a family room. All was OK but the door lock prevented us exiting the room as we tried to check out! We had to exit by unbolting the double door.”

“Location was decent, very close to the market and plenty of food and drink options. About 20 minute walk from the station. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Tea & coffee amenities were in the room, albeit basic for the room type, but they were replenished each day. The hot chocolate was fairtrade, but the tea & coffee wasn't. The bed moved and hit the wall with the slightest movement, which was a bit annoying during the night when just turning over or moving an arm. Could do with……

“I stay”

“Great hotel, check in was easy. The gym was great, pool was busy! Dinner was nice (Seabass), I chose to eat in the bar. Very peaceful location, I'd definately stay there again if I was ever in the area. ”

“The staff were all great, very helpful and polite. The room was large and clean but a bit soul less. The bathroom was very large with lovely shower but again bare. Nothing to make you feel special two tiny bottles for the shower and one bar of soap but no soap dish! Nothing at all to make it feel homely! The worse bit was the bed it definitely needed a new mattress as we both kept rolling into the middle, ver disturbed night!! ”

“I am afraid the experience was like 30 years ago. The rooms are clean but very dated. New bathroom though. Biggest issue was heating. We arrived at 3pm to a cold room. They had to change the heating timer for the whole hotel to warm our room … or so we were told. Later at 8-9 in the evening when we returned to our room the heating was already off again and the shower was Luke warm. The following morning was fine though. ”
