“Arrived in the evening and there had been no housekeeping. All of the beds were stripped and linens on the floor and in front of the washer and drier. A note was on the table from the previous guest saying that they also had no housekeeping on their arrival, and had to wash their linens themselves and they also had no hot water during their stay. When trying to reach the property owner it went to a voicemail that is full and can’t receive messages. After a long drive I had to find another……

“Wonderful stay in September. Enjoyed the privacy and hot tub. The added touches of books and puzzles, as well as a welcome bottle of wine were especially appreciated. Can't wait to stay again!”

“Clean, great location, friendly owner”

“The location was great and close to the Fillmore. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The room itself has a strange layout with a narrow common space. The couch only seats 2 and there is no other furniture in the living room. There was not enough pillows/towels for us. There were no spare linens and no kitchen towels or paper towels. There were instructions to wash the dishes but no cleaner. The walls and counter were covered in a brick pattern with what appeared to be contact paper……

“The home and property is as described. It looks brand new and is comfortably furnished. The wifi worked well. It was on a quiet street in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The host was very understanding when we lost the key; she got us a new one right away. I would highly recommend this cute, quiet spot!”

“If you're looking for a nice, clean place to rest your head with the most comfortable bed you've probably ever slept on then this is your place. Cute decor. I did feel like there was no where for me to set my stuff out. All the surface space had decorations. Not a bad thing it just didn't seem very practical for the way I usually do things but I managed just fine. Nice neighborhood clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Great little place to reserve for the night. ”

“One night stay in Frederick on our way back north. The place was just far enough off the main restaurant and bar areas but close enough to walk everywhere. Bedrooms were both well appointed as was the rest of the house. We loved the location and had hoped to use the hot tub but got back too late to make it work. Next time. Thanks for everything Laura.”

“The property was close to the areas we wanted to explore and Heather, our host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The property is on a busy highway with a lot of traffic. The oven was dirty and cooking pots/pans old and worn. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking meals there. Our bedrooms were comfortable and had televisions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit outside.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kim and Todd think of everything, I don’t think I have enough room to name all the great things: the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook, bake, and eat meals around the table. I really appreciated the coffee station. The place is so nicely furnished and decorated; even the outside was so whimsical and decorated for Christmas!
