“The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused……

Deb, our host, was wonderful to work with. She answered all our questions promptly and gave great details as to finding and using the necessary items in the home as well as everything that could be enjoyed in the area. We had a great stay!”

“This is an excellent property to stay at and I'd definitely recommend it to others. The owner is extremely helpful and communicative and even called us to make sure we'd arrived safely with no issues. This is a multi-unit house, but the rental has a private gated entrance on the side of the house. Extremely clean and welcoming. They even provided water bottles, milk, orange juice, cereal, coffee, etc. which was so unexpected and appreciated. Not to mention they also provided nice shampoo,……
