Welcome to our beautiful Boyne Mountain home! This condo just steps away from the Boyneland run, which allows you to pop on your skis and go directly to the main high-speed lift, and it is serviced from opening to closing including night skiing!

The upper and lower units of this condo are separated rentals. And this rental property is the LOWER UNIT which may very well accommodate groups up to 5 persons. It features,
*A master bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
*A large living room area with a murphy/cabinet bed (queen-size) and a pull out sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations. The living room also has a flat-screen television and a fireplace for added comfort.
*A full bath with a shower and a large vanity area.
*A well equipped and spacious kitchen and eating area with a set of dining table and chairs.
*A true walkout that is inviting and bright and has a patio to lounge on.
*It houses a full-size washer and dryer.

This lower unit can be combined with the 3b3b upper unit (VRBO #2067349)via a secure interior stairwell. We offer the flexibility of renting both upper and lower units together to accommodate larger groups up to 16 persons.

* The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, aprivate deck and includes an attached master bathroom with shower/Jacuzzi tub.
*The guest room includes two queen size beds and is adjacent to the full bathroom.

*The family room area includes a fireplace, 50-inch flat-screen television with DVD, and access to the covered deck.
*The kitchen in this unit includes everything you need to cook a great meal or snack during your stay.

Great ski condo

Easy access to the hill. Nice fireplace warms the whole lower level. Could use some kitchen utensils and new pillows. Overall great place.

The condo is very cozy, clean, and convenient! Short walk to the slopes - either Boyneland or to the Disciples 8 lift. Plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a multiple day stay. Also a convenient location if driving into Boyne City. Highly recommend this property!

Disciples Village Condo

Perfect for a short stay! Great location and very walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. Private and quaint we really enjoyed our stay. Also the Murphy bed was very comfortable!

Great stay for the holidays

Plenty of room for the four of us. Kids slept in the two pull out beds near the tv and fireplace. Room was very cozy and located within walking distance of the beginners area and another lift. Room had everything we needed to cook a small Christmas dinner.

We were in the area for baseball amd picked up this spot to stay. It was clean and the communication was timley. You do not have access to the pools, but can buy day passes.

Great location! Great check in process! Perfect for me & my husband! My only negative thing to say is that the bed & pillows could be a little better quality & there was no spatula. But other than that it was great!!! It was nice & clean, no weird odors short drives to either Gaylord or petosky.

Another great stay!

This is the 3rd year in a row staying here and we’ll be back again!!! Convenient location with short walks to D8 lift or Boyneland. Property is well maintained and has everything one would need for a weekend or week long stay. Communication with owner is excellent! We’ve had questions before and during our stays and the response time and willingness to help resolve any issues is top-notch!

The instructions sent one week earlier and it was easy to follow. The condo was nice and clean and the locations was great. Easy access to Skybridge and the Mountain Resort. Will come back again.

Lovely cozy property

I lovely one bedroom with extra beds if you need them. Very well supplied kitchen. Good sized rooms. Quick communication response with the owner. We will keep this one on our list for future years!

Enjoyed our stay at Boyne!

Great property in a beautiful environment…this unit was perfect for us and we hope to come back in the winter. Loved its proximity to Boyne Mountain Resort. Just know that going through VRBO does not give you full resort privileges. Our only complaint was that we had issues parking close to our unit breviary there was a large group near by who took up way too many parking places around their unit. Communication with our host was excellent and always prompt.

The location was so convenient for our trip The check-in was easy-going. The place looks abandoned from the outside. the place was dirty outside and inside, I'm pretty sure they know which places are they renting so they should do a deep cleaning beforehand.

Property was close to skiing, only down side had no hand soap and floor was not all that clean, carpet dirty under bar, need to do better job vacuuming. Besides that was good.

Great location to slopes

The location to the slopes was so simple. 2 min walk and ski right down to express. Nice place with queen bed, pull out sofa, and Murphy bed. The only issue is that it is a bottom unit and there were young kids above us that ran back and forth all day and evening. You can hear all footsteps above you (note this is the only reason for four stars - everything else was great). Other than that the place was clean and cozy with good parking and wonderful location. Good communication with owner. Late season with ample parking available. We really enjoyed our weekend with the ski in ski out location.
