The pool is heated to 85°F during the day from November to April, though heating speed may vary depending on weather conditions.

⚠️ Pool heater controls are for management only. Tampering with equipment will result in a $500 fine, plus any applicable repair costs. Pool heating during the off-season (May–November) is available for $30 per night.

One dog may be approved with prior notice and a pet fee. Please include breed and weight in your inquiry.

⚠️ Dogs under 1 year and certain breeds (including Labradors) are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine.
Please note that for stays with pets, we provide protective covers on the couches to keep them clean and comfortable.
