  • Retreat to this refined private‑entrance studio less than 0.7 miles from Oceanfront Park Beach. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business guests, this serene space blends comfort with coastal sophistication.

    Enjoy a queen bed, sleek kitchenette with microwave & refrigerator, and the convenience of an in‑unit washer and dryer. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and highly walkable, with easy access to fitness clubs, two waterfront restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, plus premier scuba and fishing charters. Biking‑friendly area with 1 dedicated parking stall.
    Seasonal and long‑term stays negotiable.

    Current photo government issued id required. Exterior security cameras around property perimeter.
    No parties or loud music allowed.
    No extra guests allowed without the consent of the owner.
    No pets.
    No smoking inside the property, strictly enforced
    No refill on curtesy consumables.

We really enjoyed staying here. It's very clean and comfortable. We were able to cook and do laundry. It's perfect for a couple. The beautiful beach is close by and you can walk to the restaurants by the Marina. Much better than a hotel. We would stay here again.

Place was great, washer/dryer, kitchenette, walking distance to Banana Boat, Two George's, and Hurricane Alley. 10 minute ride to Delray (Atlantic Ave restaurants)
