The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "The property was better than described. The facilities were ideal and extensive, especially the swimming pool. It was just what we needed for a rainy weekend away with ages ranging from 5 to 70. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen/family room worked really well meaning we could all be together. Stephanie replied quickly to any queries and was very helpful. We would definitely return."

"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"We were given an upgrade on arrival which was great and to be honest it was excellent fort the whole stay!! On arrival the young lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful all with a smile!! We were given room 3 executive room which looked out at the lovely well kept garden, the room was clean ok a few dark bits of grouting around the bath but nothing that over bothered me!! The size of the room was great really spacious and very clean!!! There was a tv room down by reception which was clean and tidy also a small bar area which was very pleasant!! The breakfast in the morning was great so much choice and constantly being replenished everything you could want from pastries,muffins,fruit,full English, meats, yogurts and much more!!! Would definitely use again.A very enjoyable stay"
