“The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient.
The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside. “There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking .
Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?”

“It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last.
As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated.
Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!”

“Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.”
