Gulf Coast Florida Properties would like to introduce the latest addition to our portfolio of vacation homes.

You’ll enjoy an active Florida lifestyle in this immaculately maintained home
This 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is located in “The Sanctuary” section of River
Strand Golf and Country Club a gated resort style community. This fully
furnished and equipped lovely home offers the ever popular “Modena” floor
plan giving you the best use of space with an open floor plan. Perfect for

Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
Social membership cost $360.00 and include tennis, pickleball, gyms, all pools and all sports activities plus gate transponder.
