Attention Beach Lovers! This condo is minutes from the beach, is very spacious and ready for rent! There is a 2 car garage under the building also! Open floor plan with ample windows to enjoy natural Florida sunshine, solid wood cabinetry, spa-inspired bathrooms, spacious closets, and much more. Great location at Palma Sola Bay Club - and you will love the lifestyle and location. The two-story clubhouse located in the heart of the community boasts a fitness center, billiards table, social room, and two kitchens for entertaining. You will enjoy Fitness CenterBocce Ball Court. Kayak launch and viewing deck on Palma Sola Bay. A sweet putting green and BBQ areas. Extra large pool patio with fire pit and covered wet bar. Located a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, dining, and entertainment.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was excellent. Clean, beautiful and bright. Owners were great to work with, and was quick to respond to requests. Would highly recommend this unit if you are traveling to the Bradenton area. Anna Maria Island was just across the bridge! It’s just a perfect location.
