As good as promised

The Surf Suite was a perfect home base for my daughter and I for a long weekend of sports at the IMG Academy. The suite was well appointed with everything that we needed from pots, pans and even a gas grill. The little side deck was perfect to eat meals and the property was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is super cute and convenient to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for a quiet spot away from everything but close enough to the town, beaches and other spots, this is a great place to hit in Bradenton.

Property still needs work.

The location was good but property needs work with cleanliness, storage, laundry facilities and quality of bedding. Kitchen was not fully equipped or stocked. On the other hand, property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

I would describe this property as a very nice no frills type of place. It's clean and funtional. It was difficult to find the parking in the dark. Other than that no complaints. I did have an issue with the lock but Christianne was very quick and responsive with getting the issue resolved.
