Located in the RiverPointe community, this home is just a few miles from I-75 so you can get around to the must-visit shops, restaurants, and parks. Part of the Tampa Bay is only 12 miles away for a visit to this world-renowned shore dotted with nature reserves and soft, sandy beaches.
A well-appointed kitchen features white cabinetry and the equipment needed to fix homemade meals. There's also a private garage, WiFi, a TV with cable and a DVD player, and air conditioning for your comfort.
This home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms for the comfort for up to six guests. With a king-size bed and en suite complete with soaking tub in the master bedroom, you'll sleep in style. the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third room has two twin-size beds.
Kayak through the deep blue waters of Manatee River, or head over to the River Run Golf Links for some picturesque golf. When you've had a full day of exploring, return to the patio and private pool that can be heated for an additional fee (contact Vacasa for details).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
