I would not rent there again

Before this gets rented again, the carpet in the master bedroom needs cleaning and the master shower valve needs to be repaired.

Nice place to stay - wonderful community

My wife and I stayed here for the month of March. Lakewood National has 4 pickleball courts, which was our main attraction. The people playing there were extremely friendly, as was every person we encountered during our stay. The unit had a few issues, but GulfCoast addressed them. The unit itself was well laid out for a 2 bedroom unit. It has a small lanai which faces a pond with lots of birds and the occasional gator - very relaxing. There was also a small community pool in the complex this condo is located, which was super convenient. While the unit itself was meticulously clean, the carpets in the master bedroom had some stains, which detracted from the otherwise very clean condition.
