Good stay in Bradenton

This house was exactly what we needed. Perfect location to get to LECOM Park and to Anna Maria Island, and other places in the region. Clean. Spacious. Large hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Location

The location of this property is wonderful! Quick trips to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Suggestion: hot tub needs filter change and takes up space in lanai so no where to have a lounge chair for sunbathing. I wonder if it’s a necessity. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The children used the pool every day. Communication with the management company was quick and smooth.We reached out about the hot tub being cloudy and strong smelling chemicals. Sounds like it just needed to be drained and refilled but we unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy it as much as we had hoped.Overall great stay!

Bday vacation

Overall stay was great. Nice bright bedrooms great outdoor seating to hang out. Pool was and hot tub were a great plus. Would definitely stay there again. Everyone was so responsive when I had a question or problem. Only thing I would say is outside patio could be kept a little cleaner with just some sweeping or hosing down.

Great location

Our family of four had a great stay! Everyone had their own rooms and appreciated the proximity to Anna Maria Island and local restaurants and stores. Accommodations were as expected from the listing. We would have appreciated room darkening shades, but sleep masks did the trick for the most part. The hot tub was out of commission for two nights, and the host was forthcoming and offered compensation for the missed days. I’d recommend bringing your own soaps and shower items as well as white noise if you need that. House has everything you need for an awesome trip to this area!

The property was clean, with lots of extras. Great pool area. Had a checkin problem but it was my fault. The email with the checkin info had gone to spam. I would stay again.

Girlfriends get away in Bradenton.

We had a great time at this beautiful VRBO. Our goal relaxation so the pool and outdoor space was great. Home is clean and spacious. Our only suggestion is that the dining area has a table and chairs to accommodate guest . Plenty of outdoor dining. We would definitely consider this in the future.dining

Just a few little things

Shower head was broken. Waited until Tuesday evening for it to be fixed.Switches and outlets need to be better labeled.Not worth paying 35 dollars a day for the pool to be heated.in colder weather.

Review of Calm on Down

I know that it’s a rental, however the dishwasher and washing machine are both in need of replacing. The ice machine in the fridge door didn’t work, and random outlets through out the house didn’t work. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, overall it was a nice stay just needs some TLC

Bradenton Vaca

We stayed 10 days @ “calm on down”in February. The weather during our stay was unseasonably cold but we made the best of the situation. The days may have started cold but the sun was still out and warmed to the mid 70’s. I only mention this because the pool is not heated. I knew this when I booked but I forgot to book the weather. We enjoyed our stay with a few hiccups which Debi, our iTrip manager handled quickly and to my satisfaction. A few suggestions; make it easier to lock and unlock the front door, 2nd have a better vacuum and broom to clean the tile floor- Tnanks

Vacation w family

The property was just what we wanted. The lanai area was our favorite for hanging out, in the jacuzzi and the pool, eating dinner and watching tv. The neighborhood was clean and quiet too.
