Our stay at this property was great. It was perfectly located to where we needed to be and provided plenty of room for our large group. Everyone had their own space but also plenty of space for us to come together. If we ever return to the area, it would definitely be a place we look at staying again at.

The house isn’t brand new and could use some maintenance, but it was very clean overall. The bed and bath linens were fresh and spotless. Upon arrival, we noticed that the entrance door (code provided), the spa (jacuzzi), and one of the bathroom sinks weren’t functioning properly. However, after contacting the office, a technician came by and resolved all the issues. Early check-in and late check-out were available, which was a nice bonus. The pier is wonderful—we saw manatees and dolphins! The spacious backyard offers a beautiful view of the water. The property is dog-friendly, and we enjoyed our short weekend stay.

Our family trip

This place was the perfect accommodation for my family’s vacation. It was clean, spacious and perfectly located close to restaurants, grocery stores and a short ride to the beach. Would recommend for large or small groups for a nice getaway.

Therapeutic Vacation Rental

This was our 2nd time staying in the Bradenton area and this house did not disappoint. As we pulled up we were welcomed by the smell of star jasmine that was blooming around the property. Monarch butterflies were all around us while we sat poolside watching the daily horseback riding through Palma Sola Bay. We were lucky and watched the dolphins swimming nearby on a couple afternoons. The property manager was responsive when we had a issues with the a/c sending a service company immediately. We would come back with our family.

Fantastic location

This property was a dream. The layout of the house, the guest house, pool, hot tub and private dock was amazing. Watching people ride horses on the water was a sight to see. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious house with beautiful View

Our extended family had a wonderful vacation at this property! It was large enough for each of our group of 10 to have their own space to spread out and the common areas like the kitchen, great room, dining patio, hot tub, and game area were awesome. We enjoyed our time so much! The sunsets from the dock were beautiful!

The home had lots of space, but definitely could use a deep cleaning, the master bathtub had left over water with mosquitos on it and the shower had mildew. The pool was not cleaned either. :-( If the home gets a good deep clean it would be a great place to stay

Almost perfect.

We just had a week-long family vacation at this property and it was the perfect choice. The layout of the main house and the guest house was great for a group of our adult children and their families. The house was very well equipped and a great vacation. My favorite part was the incredible sunsets!!! There were a few minor things that needed fixing, but they came out right away to try to work it out. Overall, I highly recommend.

Summer breeze

Evenings on the back deck with the breeze blowing were amazing. Watching the horses in the water, fishing of the dock. We had a great time. We had 12 and had no issues with space. The pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of amenities and things to do. 4 miles to the beach and you could ride a bike there if you wanted to. Can't say enough, it was amazing. Clean and well kept.

Fun in the sun!

We had an absolutely amazing time this past week in Anna Maria! The house is perfect with 3 private master bedrooms and an open concept main floor. The pool and hot tub were in sunshine nearly all day and the dock amenities were perfect in accommodating out 25’ Center Console. We were concerned that the bridge leading to the main bay would not have enough clearance for our center console, but not only did it clear the radar it also cleared our American flag with ease. You will 100% enjoy your time here! We will be back for sure!!

Birthday Weekend

The house is great, with plenty of space for people. The garage/bunk house had more stuff for to use for entertainment. Only issue was the water dispenser and ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work very consistently, and there didn’t appear to be a lot of hot water in the master bathroom. Had to pick up an extra bag of ice in order to accommodate all the folks staying at the house. House, pool, yard, and kitchen were put to good use! Would stay there again if needed!

Great house/location; non-responsive host; house not ready for prime time

House is ideal for family gathering - we had 17 staying there w/multiple generations. Unfortunately - literally could never get anyone to answer the phone regarding the property prior to arrival; garbage cans completely filled and at the road on our arrival - making for a fun weekend with raccoons and managing our garbage - which once we threw in a rented truck and found a dumpster at a shopping center to use. Towels still wet when we arrived. Hairs on one made beds pillow/sheets - suggesting sheets hadn't been changed. Swimming pool not a clear blue - but a cloudy white suggesting poor maintenance. House is ideal but for the price paid, you really expect that they'll hit on all cylinders and not have all of these issues. Left wanting and deserving of better.

Great home and location but property needs updates / TLC

Overall we had a great stay with our large (18 guests) multi generation family Spring Break. The location of the property is great, right on the water and short walk to a local beach where horse back riding tours depart across the water all day long, which made for great entertainment! Sunsets were absolutely gorgeous each evening and we got some cherished family photos! For the size of property and amount paid, there were quite a few things that need addressing to make this place shine in all its glory:Pros:* Location* Outdoor space* Screened in lanai for big family dinners* Ample dishes, flatware, and kitchen tools* Beach chairs, toys and wagon for beach outings* Walking distance to storesCons:* Communication with the property manager. Responded in a timely manner to pre-trip inquiries but once we arrived, communication in real time about issues with our stay was slow or non-responsive* Cleanliness and quality of the bedding (holes and wear and tear in some sheets)* Working condition of the spa (could never figure out how to get the lights off and the spa would run all night and water would be super low in the mornings)* Hot water was an issue for people showering in the main house; it ran out after 2-3 showers of normal length* TLC needed for sticky doors, broken threshold, faulty water kettleAgain, overall we had a great stay and would recommend the property to others, but wished the little things were brought up to par to make this a sure 10/10!

Perfect for Families

This house was a great fit for our annual family trip! Every year we book something for our 3 kids/spouses and their combined 6 grandkids ranging in age from 4 to 16 years old. They just finished an upgrade on the whole house, and it showed. The layout of this compound made for the perfect mix of time together with all of us, and separate spaces for the different aged grandkids to do their thing. We stayed in the primary master on the ground floor with a huge walk in bathroom, our two sons whose kids are aged 4 to 8 years old stayed in the main house with us, and loved sleeping together in the bunkbed room. Our daughter, and her three teenagers, stayed in the separate guest house, which kept the teenage noise away from the early bedtime kiddos :) The house has water and sunset views from all the rooms, as well as from our favorite spot -- the pool and hot tub. Everything was nicely stocked and had what we needed - including lots of extras like a great book selection, 3 bikes to explore around the area, fishing gear, and fun games (sit down video gaming thing with pacman and all the old good ones, corn hole, pop-a-shot, croquet, etc). We took advantage of the private dock and rented jet skis for the week, and the little ones enjoyed fishing from it -- and seeing a manatee! We loved the island beaches which were super close and family friendly. Everyone loved this trip -- one of our all time favorite times together. The owners quickly responded to any questions while at the property (thank you Erik and Shauna for setting up the jet ski rental). I highly recommend booking this house to anyone looking for a sunny Florida family vacation.
