Perfect Getaway

My family stayed for a week with our dog in tow and we had an amazing time. The home was clean and comforatable and we felt right at home.

Great house in the perfect location!

Perfect sized place for a family of 4. Private pool, location close enough to the beach and downtown, with grocery stores and restaurants close by. Super clean and updated. We will DEFINITELY be booking here again!

2025 Florida Vacation

Was very impressed on the house from how clean And comfortable it was. Did run into a problem with the sewer, but the home owners and property managers worked with us and got it fixed. It was a bit of inconvenience but we got compensated. Did want to mention, had packed up car and bikes on car the night before we were to leave and someone had stolen 1 of our bikes! The neighborhood seemed pretty safe, and the neighbors were very friendly! But wanted to let future renters to be aware!

Beach vacation

The property was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Neighborhood was quiet and a good location. Beware of traffic. Beaches are about 7 miles away but with traffic it’s a 45 minute drive at times. Some negatives: the kitchen has no salad/ cereal bowls or dish rags. There are no cleaning products except a small sponge and dish soap which makes it difficult to clean up after meals. Some of the chairs in the yard are broken although still usable and the yard and pool is very nice. The beach umbrella doesn’t have a full pole so it’s not really functional. There was only a very large cooler that was too big for what we needed. A smaller cooler would have been nice. The water pressure in the master bath sink is basically a trickle but the shower and toilet worked fine. Overall our stay was very good despite a few minor things.
