Great location!

Unit had everything we needed for a 3 month stay. Furniture and carpets could use a good clean tho. Overall we enjoyed our stay wry much

2 month stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay after we contacted Spectrum to get the TV working. Even then the program choices were limited. The only annoyance with the proprety was a loud hammering sound whenever we flushed the toilet. The sound would stop if we ran cold water at the same time. The view was great and we enjpyed dining in the clubhouse and walking around the community.

Disappointing

There are two issues: the rental unit and the management company. The unit needed cleaning and there was a strong stench that never went away: the furniture was extremely uncomfortable in in a weird layout; supplies( like toilet paper; dishwasher detergent; trash bags) were not provided; power was off in the second bedroom and bath; lack of hooks or towel racks in bathroom; mold on window ledges; paint chipped; floor tiles loose in bathroom; etc.

Quiet condo

Condo needs updating and repairs. Location was excellent and it was adequate but a bit disappointing.
