Great Weekend Escape

Excellent home in great neighborhood! Perfect for our weekend escape from New England’s winter weather. Enjoyed coffee in the sunroom overlooking the pool and palm trees. Comfy, cozy and cant wait to return.

Manatee home

Property advertises up to 6 people. There were 3 of us for a couple of days but only 2 lounge chairs by pool so we could all relax by pool. Also, no pool floats

Great place!

Really loved the house & the location. Quiet area, easy to get where we were going. The pool is very small, but that suited us fine. The only problem was the couch wasn’t useable because it had a very strong odor (smelled like a pet, maybe). Otherwise, very nice.

Fun vacation

The house was in a nice neighborhood only about 12 minutes from Cortez beach .It was beautiful on the inside and it was very clean . Definitely will be coming back .

Great New VRBO!

This VRBO is located in a very quiet nice neighborhood and is located near everything in Bradenton and very close to Anna Marie Island. Super clean, great communication from the property manager. Definitely recommend!

Perfect vacation home

The property was perfect for the week we stayed. It was very clean upon arrival, the beds were newer and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you would ever need. The pool was clean and having a waterfall was an added bonus. We really appreciated having a spot in the garage as well. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood. All the neccasary information was provided at the house for worry free stay. 10 minutes to Lecom Park. Will try to stay there again.

Just Enough for a Quick Stay!

This home was just as advertised, with the space and kitchen we needed to host local friends. The only things we missed were pool heat (make sure to add this on if you’re staying! This wasn’t totally clear based on the listing.) and room darkening/blackout shades. The rooms were very bright, even with the shades drawn during the day and with some lights shining in at night. Additionally, there is only one deadbolt with a code to enter the home on the front door with no secondary lock. This felt a little less safe than we would’ve preferred! Ultimately, we were safe throughout our stay and the home provided what we needed regarding the basics. It is updated and well kept.

The washing machine was making a very bad grinding noise and we were not able to use it, the ceiling fan in the master bed room was making a very loud noise on high speed and the toilet in the hallway bath did not flush right away , you had to wait The house was absolutely beautiful and our experience was awesome

This house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, nice neighborhood, and a quick drive to the beach if you leave early to beat the traffic. As another reviewer states, the beds are very firm. The house had plenty of bath towels and bedding, but was limited in the kitchen area. Very few pots and pans, but that was ok because we didn’t cook much. Also, there were only two cups in the entire house that were not glass which was inconvenient as we did not want to take glass outside. There are no pool floats, beach toys, beach chairs etc like many rentals near the beach generally provide. Based on photos and description I did not expect these things to be provided so still giving a 5 star rating, but this could be helpful for others to know.

Schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bradenton. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist sehr offen, hell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist ebenfalls sehr schön und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet.Zwei Punkte hätten unseren Aufenthalt perfektioniert: Zum einen sollte die Couch besser abgesaugt werden. Es waren viele (Tier-?)Haare zu finden. Weiterhin war uns nicht bewusst, dass man eine Beheizung des Pools hätte separat buchen müssen. Dies haben wir erst in dem vorgefundenen Info-Ordner gelesen bzw. wahrgenommen. Ansonsten würden wir das Haus wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Very nice little home

Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The TV and wifi were great. Did not like the foam beds... too stiff. Other than that a nice comfortable stay!
