“A really lovely place to stay even in the depths of winter! Quiet location with a pub a few minutes walk away. Great place to bring your dog. The individual themed rooms with en suites have been really well thought out. Our room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and modern shower room. We had a super delicious breakfast. There was loads of choice. Our host was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. ”

“We checked in approx 6.45pm (en-route to dropping our daughter back at her uni digs in Bath & returned after) on a dark January evening. Seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, but we found it OK. Welcomed by Victoria - Steve (owner) was on holiday. Shown to our room & how we had access to the lounge & kitchen. Such a lovely house. Lots to look at. No TV in our room, so thought we’d watch the one downstairs - it wasn’t to be, though, as we couldn’t find the remote control - lol! Too late by then……

“Room was absolutely perfect, lovely decor and very homely feel. The fridge was stocked with water and fresh milk. Lots of goodies left for us to enjoy. Facilities were clean and staff were super helpful. We really enjoyed the games room too!”

“Clean room and very well appointed. The staff could not do enough for you. They let me check in early and even brought dinner to my room when I requested it. Dog friendly. Parking available right outside. The food is lovely too. ”
