「Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. 「The perfect place for our big family trip! Lots of room, beautiful deck, and great host!!」

「We had such a beautiful weekend. The River Bungalow was amazing. It was a little piece of heaven for us. Sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee watching the river was so relaxing. Loved being able to have a fire. Roberta was very kind and helpful anytime we had any questions. Will definitely be back next year. 」

「Everything was perfect! So happy we chose this place! Super confy, functional and clean house! We were just 2 but it can accomodate up to 6! Would rent again! 」

「Came to Ellicottville for a quick ski weekend with my family. The townhome is in a great location - just across the main road from Holiday Valley and a quick drive into the village. Found the townhome very clean upon arrival. 」

「Family of four stayed in this beautiful condo. It is directly across the street from chairlift next to Inn at Holiday Valley. Super easy access. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked for making meals. Grocery store within a mile along with great restaurants in Ellicottville. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This is an amazing property. Clean, modern, many amenities. Restaurant suggestions were spot on. Resources were helpful in locating businesses and recreation in the area. Communication was seamless and almost immediate; questions answered with additional information provided as needed. Would highly recommend. 」
