Great location, easy trip

It was great to deal with the owner, he responded very quickly. Also check out was a breeze!! we didn't have to do a big list of chores. Very easy location to ski.

Great stay!

Every September or school lacrosse program comes to Ellicottville for their fall lacrosse festival. We needed a place to stay, kind of last minute, and this property was perfect. It was directly across the street from the Holiday Valley resort. This was in the perfect location for everything. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.Definitely recommend this property, and will be looking to return soon for ski season. Mike, from Rochester N.Y.

Girls weekend

Had 7 girls and we all we so comfortable. Loved the property. The inside was set up so nicely. We will definitely comeback to the condo!!! Patrick was so easy to communicate with. Thank you!!!

Staying at Holyday Valley ski resort

Overall, our staying was almost excellent. The neighborhood is excellent, enough space for the family of 3-5 people. Beautiful decor. excellent excess to the ski lodges. The cleanliness of the kitchen appliances was somewhat below expectation. Some cups were not clean, the kitchen table was spotted. No sponge to wash a dish, or cup. No chemicals to clean the spotted table. The coffee machine was not cleaned at all. We found a child's socks in the bed linen that was supposed to be changed and checked. The owner claimed that the property is professionally cleaned. Be sure to bring with you extra supplies if you plan to eat and cook. Some owners provide spices, sugar, etc. We were lucky to bring sugar to have our morning coffee

Owners were wonderful and property was extremely clean. My only complaint would be the mattresses were so old they sunk in the middle and we couldn’t sleep on the sides we fell into the middle on both the king and queen mattresses.

The property is positioned in a really great location for Ellicottville. Everything from the code to open the door, to the checkout instructions was clear and easy to understand. The area was nice and quiet, and the property is clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful, Clean Townhouse

The cleanest property that we've stayed at in Holiday Valley. This townhouse had a larger parking area than properties located in Wildflower but we did have to carry our bags and gear further.

Close to slopes

Super condo at a Great Price

Very comfortable accommodations 5 minutes from the lifts. Nicely decorated, spacious--could easily accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Beds were super comfortable.

This house was adorable and perfect for our girls weekend in Ellicottville. Very clean & plenty of places to stay. This is located right up the road from Holiday Valley and a short drive into town. Had a great time!

Great location and value

Fox ridge is in a great spot to get to skiing at holiday valley. Not walkable but the shortest of drives right down the hill. Condo was great and the owners are fantastic, super responsive.
