“Dies war "formell" das beste Hotel unserer Portugalreise aber in Wirklichkeit das schlechteste. Vorteil ist nur die Lage direkt am Strand. Wir hatten vorher per Mail und auch vor Ort um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Wir haben ein Zimmer 3 Meter vom Parkplatz über der Bowlingbahn und neben der Abluft der Küche erhalten. Schlafen geht also nur nach Bowlingende und der Balkon ist nicht wirklich nutzbar. Am zweiten Tag war dann noch eine Abschlussfeier einer Schule im Hotel - mit allem was so……

“I travel a lot to the area around Guimaraes, but I found this new hotel nestled up in the hills and it is super. I'd certainly recommend. I've stayed twice and the indoor pool (and sauna/ steam room) are excellent, and the outdoor pool and view of the mountains in the distance is idyllic. Good food menu and room service (same menu, not a smaller one like in many hotels). Will certainly stay again.”

“Instalações modernas em um edifício histórico, equipe super simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã melhoraria o fluxo e se beneficiaria do formato de ilha ao invés de itens contra a parede. Academia boa de tamanho médio para hotéis com equipamentos novos. Bem localizada perto do centro histórico.”

“Beautiful property. Great (walkable) location to enjoy the city. Super breakfast. Front desk staff (Annalisa?) was exceptional! Went out of her way to help us make the absolute best use of our time. We booked this hotel specifically because it said “laundry facilities” and it was our laundry stop on a 16 day, 5 hotel stay . It should read “laundry services” as there are no facilities on site. When we asked for help,Annalisa found us a close, clean laundromat.”

“Truly should be a 5 star hotel. Extremely clean property, very helpful staff, a good breakfast buffet that is included and extremely large rooms all at a fair price.”

“Fantastic roomy room, Well-Appointed extremely clean. And comfy. I stayed at the Indian Wells room. And we'll definitely repeat. Two highlights of the stay were Joana, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And Bella (the hotel Frenchie) and her owner. But to a person there was no one who was not perfectly friendly to us the whole time. Truly great experience that I will repeat”

“I must say staff was amazing, great breakfast and enjoyable outdoors experience, specially the swimming pool. Unfortunately the room was small, old and dirty carpets, sewage smell in the toilet was unbearable. The place needs an entire refurbishment. I would not recommend.”
