“The direct surroundings are not very astonishing, but the Hotel itself and the rooms are squeaky clean, the beds comfortable and the terrace invites to stay for a coffee (from the coffee shop right below the hotel) or for a beer, which one can buy in the small bar onsite. Furthermore the small "boulevard" with lots of restaurants, bars and shops is nearby. We were received very friendly and provided several recommendations what to do/where to go during our stay. “Had a two bedroom villa with 3 beds. Very clean and nice with small individual pool. Nice space to come back to after excursions. About a 30 min walk from downtown San Ignacio which wouldn't want to do at night based on having to walk on the street. Can get cabs arranged from hotel.”

“Great property (seemingly) as we stayed for a night. Main issue: we came in at 12:30 to check-in (2pm reservation) - the property was empty (1 guest) but they refused to get us rooms till 2pm. We were hoping to freshen up before we headed to the next spot - we ended up going to the next spot & returning at 10pm & check-out at 6am. In short we’re not sure what the property has to offer but disappointed with the check-in capability with an empty resort. ”

“We liked the pool and pool bar on hot afternoons. We stayed in the cabins; the trees have bright lights at night. We did have a small room lizard, scorpion, and ants on different nights, but the staff quickly noted and fixed a running toilet issue.”

“My home away from home. Always welcomed with a smile. New restaurant management is excellent. Service is outstanding, and accomodations, although basic, are very clean and comfortable.”

“They never contacted me to give me information on how to access the property, and did not respond to messages. I was forced to last minute rebook over the Holidays, and now hotels are refusing to give me a full refund.”
