Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center

Room rate was the attraction for us as it was close to Universal Studios and central to our vacation plans. Not only were the room rates great but the hotel was clean and nice. We had a washer and dryer as well on our floor that we used mid week. Overall it was a great hotel.

The market store was perfect for late night and early morning essentials

We loved this property! We arrived early and were accommodated with early check in. Process was painless. We had breakfast included and usually opted for buffet which was great! We have 3 boys and all of them loved the options, even my picky 4 yo. The layout was well done and we loved the decor. The pool area was nice, very spacious. I gave 4 of 5 stars for this area because it had one water slide and the lazy river was very lazy...LOL but all operational and well maintained. I wouldve loved if there were more play areas for kids but im not complaining. There was also a kiddie splash pad and a separate adults only area. On Saturday there was a phenomenal dj poolside who made my whole day with great vibes. Wait staff were very attentive and helpful...very warm and energetic. I have nothing bad to say about this property. They offer complimentary shuttles to all four Universal properties and have a conceriege to help coordinate your activities. Shuttles were on time and very clean. Drivers were helpful with our large stroller. Property is very spacious and has something for everyone. Our room was always cleaned and well kept. House keeping was prompt with all requests and polite when we passed in the hallways. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There are restaurants also on the property but due to time constraints with our activities we werent able to try them. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone especially families with children
