The communication was wonderful and the experience was great. There was plenty of room, the grandchildren loved seeing the animals, and everyone we dealt with was beyond kind. There is something almost magical about this house and we will be back! Thanks, Billy!"

"What an AMAZING stay! The barn was easy to find and within walking distance to everything. It was super clean and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing weekend away. I loved the special touches with fresh zinnias in vases all over the barn. There were plenty of boards games and books to keep you busy if you forgot your own. I can't wait to go back for another weekend!"

CVNP Getaway - 5 mins to Brandywine Falls

"All rooms were clean and stocked appropriately. Home was pet friendly and perfect for our pup. Heated master bathroom floor was a nice touch we didn't know we needed. The main bathroom flooring was tacky like a sticker back but it wasn't dirty, just had a very unusual finish on the floor that made it stick to your shoes/feet like a sticker. Master bed was very firm and not very comfortable but made for an easy wake up. All sofas were comfy and inviting. Would definitely stay again, just sleep in the regular queen bed instead of the master king. Everything was so nice! I recommend this home to anyone traveling with a dog. The only thing we would change is the master mattress, the main bathroom floor and maybe add a fire pit, hot tub, grill or some other outdoor amenities to make the back yard more of an entertainment space with that awesome patio. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and it was just the perfect place for an easy weekend getaway with our pup."

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at Justina's property! From the moment we stepped in, we appreciated all the extras and details she put into this place - yoga mats, fitness bands, the best equipped coffee bar we've seen, adult and kid locally focused books, unique games and activities. The house was super clean - a lot roomier inside than it looks from the outside - and includes outside spaces that are really useful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, back porch, and hike to the private waterfall on the property. Perhaps the best asset of this is the location - a short walk to downtown Peninsula, which has some great restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar (don't miss the Peninsula Wine Bar!), and of course the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. You are 10 minutes from the Boston Mill Visitor Center, 10 minutes from Ledges, and a short walk to the Peninsula Station for the Coyahoga Valley Scenic Railway. The house is on a busy street in Peninsula, but the location is unparalleled for CVNP access. Justina is the most responsive host we've ever encountered - literally responding within minutes. We cooked two nights and had everything we needed - the grill was super clean, like new and worked perfectly.As pointed out in the listing, the backyard is steep and the house is located on a busy street, so be careful with dogs and children. But we loved our time here and highly recommend Justina's place to anyone visiting Peninsula or CVNP."
