Mold and dust
We found mold on the windows and in the bathroom. We found the ceiling fans covered in dust. The sponge in the kitchen was old and nasty. We did not stay even after it was cleaned again.

Peaceful Manatee Retreat
This was a beautiful 5-acre property with a comfortable house and porch. We were able to paddleboard in Ichetucknee Springs and saw manatees, deer, turkeys, and so many birds and fish. It was serene drifting along the crystal clear water with cypress trees and limestone bluffs around so many turns. The best part was the house was centrally located to so many springs. We went to Ginnie Springs Outdoors, too. We did not paddle but hiked. It was 52 and cloudy one day then 72 and sunny the next. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was comfortable to return after a fun day exploring and start a fire, gathering sticks from the property and listening to the cardinals as the sun sets each evening. The star show was amazing because there is so little light pollution. It is an ideal location for people who just want to relax. The furniture was comfortable. Everything worked and we will definitely come back. Thank you so much, Diana, for sharing this beautiful manatee retreat with us!.

Wonderful weekend in the woods
This is the ultimate getaway retreat in the springs area. Close to lots of springs and rivers, but tucked away with lots of peace and quiet and privacy. Very nice and clean property and wonderful owner to rent from. I will be coming back.

Peaceful home in the country
Clean, peaceful, with good accommodations. Just make sure you bring food with you because the nearest grocery store is far away and there aren’t really many restaurants. The wildlife is so nice to watch between the deer, birds, squirrels, and the lightning bugs. Close to the springs. Overall a great place to stay.

I highly recommend staying here!!! Close to the springs, reasonibly priced, clean and beautiful house, all the ammendities you need, beautiful land (we seen deers and turkeys), and they even supplied 3 kayaks to take on the river. Diane answered all my questions promptly. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Diane!!!

Perfect location
My friends wanted to meet at Ginnie to camp and enjoy the springs- while I love my friends and the springs are an adventure….I have had my share of camping courtesy of Uncle Sam. This place was the perfect solution. It was clean, comfortable, with a nice kitchen, grill and tv. Absolutely perfect for my style of camping.

This house is beautiful and clean I love to staying in there you can see nature in the morning I even spot a tortoise she was so beautiful lots of birds feels like you’re camping but with a beautiful house I will definitely recommend staying here

This was our first vrbo that we had ever rented, overall it was a beautiful view & an awesome stay. We checked in Friday night with no water, we could not shower nor wash, anything. I waited for Saturday morning to speak to the property owners & said they can refund 1 night which I was fine (which i have not heard back) & that he would call someone to be there but it would've taken an hour i had to leave & go on with our activities by 8AM. My husband ended up fixing the water in the shed where the system was, Other than that. We saw some beautiful deer. Nature at its best

Amazing nature getaway!
Super amazing place to get away and be in nature. The stars at night and the lighting bugs were so fun to see! We lit a fire each night and enjoyed the river with the kayaks provided. The place was super clean and had all the supplies for cooking and enjoying dinners and breakfast in!

Due to the location, this property is very quiet and surrounded by nature. We saw a tortoise, several deer and hawks on property. It was a great home base to explore several of the state parks and springs in the area. Comfortable place to stay. Note, cell reception in the area is spotty - download maps before you go.
