Condo not clean
The condo was dirty. Dirty diapers lion the front porch and the bed linens were dirty. The place was not clean and we did not stay the night. They need to check with their cleaning service. They did not do their job. It was a nasty place.

Great little condo
We hit some bumps when we first arrived. There was a bag of laundry in the floor, beds were not made and nothing had been cleaned. I contacted the owner and he made things right. We did laundry and some cleaning and the rest of our stay was amazing! Everyone saying the tv's and dishwasher didn't work.....we had no problems. Everything worked for us. The beds are comfortable and its just a great place to stay. Everyone is friendly and its a quiet area. We definitely plan on staying again.

never watched the big screen tv in the living room because it didn't work and could not get the owner to respond to our calls using the number given us. very disappointed. other then that we had a great stay.

Pointe Royale Condo
Condo was nice but, the washer leaked onto the floor, dishwasher was hard to figure out to start plus it was loose and about ready to fall out of enclosure, the lanyard that we had to get into fitness center & pool area didn’t work cause owner hadn’t paid his fees for month of August, so we had to rely on nice guests to let us in

Get less than you pay for
The couch was totally broke you could not even sit on it. Could not pull out the sofa bed because it was broken. Master bed had ripped sheets. Spoke with owner about sheet and was told it would be a day before we could get sheets. He said it has been years since he had been there. To sit and watch tv we dusted off patio furniture and brought it inside. Dishwasher was not working or set.

For the most part it was a great condo. We had a decent experience, some minor things need addressed but nothing major. But the cleaning could of been better there were things under the couch and beds. Communication with Rodney was rather a quick response. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation
First of all it states that there are 2 beds and a pull out couch, which there is. But u can not sleep on the pull out couch as when u lay on it you r in a U shape. The mattress is falling apart! And did I mention no sheets for the pull out bed, they had pillows but no pillowcases! Ugh. Good thing we brought a blow up bed! The other 2 beds were great! Kitchen supplies were sparse. Unless u wanted pizza with no pizza cutter! Trying to cook was worthless there which is why we’re rented a VRBO. The shower in the main bedroom did not work! The couch you could not set on without falling off. So you had to set in the floor. The pool was amazing! So plus one for them. The place was clean. Wish I could post pictures of the couch. They need a new couch and stick the kitchen and fix the faucet in the bathroom.
