Great stay!

This was a perfect place for my family of five. It was a short distance from Branson, nice view of the water and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Great water views and private balcony.

Perfect getaway. Great accommodations. Great water views. Convenient to Showboat Branson Belle and Steamy Joe Cafe. Will definitely be back.

Short getaway

The property was very nice and clean. Beautifully decorated .Great location. The only problem I had was the beds were a little hard. Other than that everything was good. I would stay here again.

Great Fall Visit

It was everything that was listed - clean, had a beautiful view, quiet. Also, we were so impressed that they left multiple cleaning pods for both the dishwasher and washing machine as well as cleaning products - something that other places we've stayed had only left one. It was so nice to not have to buy all that stuff for a 4-day visit. Also, they are very communicative (text) and responsive. Great management group and great venue. Thank you.

Inaccurate Listing - Renter Beware - this is advertised as a 3 Bedroom - it is a 2 Bedroom

The property was inaccurately listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The property was actually a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Renter beware. When I alerted Grand Welcome I they asked for a picture of the listing which I was able to send them. Grand Welcome said they would let VRBO know about the wrong information. VRBO gave a runaround. I went back to Grand Welcome with my concern both VRBO and Grand Welcome gave a run around - the sleeping arrangements did not fit our party as stated - to top it off the beds & bedding were very uncomfortable. We specifically needed a 3 bedroom due to health issues in our party. I asked Grand Welcome how to contact the owner. Grand Welcome noted the ad was incorrect and they contact the owner would owner. We did not hear back from anyone concerning our concerns. No concessions or refunds were made in regards to the incorrect information. Bright side the property had a beautiful view.
