The condo was decorated very nicely. With the fold out bed in the living room, there was plenty of space for five adults. The beds were comfortable. It was so relaxing setting out on the back porch overlooking the stream that flowed into a pond and watching the wildlife in the mornings and evenings. It is on the second floor, so it would not be appropriate for individuals who cannot do stairs.

Stayed 2 nights. Beds were comfy, quiet area. Altho we werent there much other than showering and sleeping, we did notice the condo had board games, starter things like a few bottle waters, soap etc. Nice condo. We would stay here again!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I loved sitting on the back balcony watching the ducks while drinking the complementary coffee. The condo is close to everything in Branson, but in a quiet and beautiful area.

The property was nice except for the outside stairs to the second floor being hard for 70 ish year olds to climb & the uneven asphalt to concrete landing at the ground. Also found a couple stink bugs in the small bathroom. Other than that we had a good time!!
