We (TN) met up with our son’s family (KS) to take all of the grandkids for a ride on the Polar Express. We had a fantastic time! Ordered in Pizza from Pappo’s (Nick the Greek was amazing) and sandwiches from the Mythical Wich. Both delivered to the house quickly and easily and the good was grear. We enjoyed walking to The Landing for shopping, but chose to drive down for the train ride due to the bitter cold and our ride being 8pm. Parking at the house was abundant, could accomodate 4 large vehicles easily. It was a quick and easy drive down the hill to the train station and back. This property is clean and easy to get to. Loading in and out of the back doors to the bedrooms makes it super easy. The only thing I’d advise folks of is that there are steps/levels to the home, so wheelchair folks might only have access to 1 (the larger) bedroom and not the kitchen. But there is a big walk in shower and huge dining area, great family area. My grandaughter locked the kids out of their bedroom and the host was quick to show up with a key and lots of good cheer. We enjoyed this home and would stay here again. Kay and Jerry were gracious hosts, and we really appreciated that they share this home on VRBO.
