「Clean and comfortable. Not too expensive. Location, location, location! Convenient to everything you're likely to want to do in Ticonderoga. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. If they have a gym, I didn't see it. Perhaps it's on the second floor? Breakfast is included; and it's really pretty good. My companion noted that the egg omelets all seemed to include cheese. I guess if you're lactose intolerant that could be an issue- probably the hot foods should be labeled. The restaurant / bar...

「Staff were all very accommodating, parking was excellent. The only issue I had was the ice machine is not working but this is minor for me. The location was a big plus,it’s in the heart of the action. I am definitely coming back with friends」

「I expected a separate room since it was a suite, but it was very large and worked well. We had a small dog and we were close to the stairs which worked out great.」

「We were so happy with this accommodation. The room was clean. The outside areas, pool, restaurant bar etc were all clean and well maintained. Location was great. Direct lakefront with a small beach. Beautiful views.walking distance to everything in the village. Check in staff was pleasant and helpful. Daily happy hour at the bar with reduced drink prices. Bar staff were friendly. Housekeeping provided daily room refresh. No complaints here!」

「The remote control didn't work properly. The staff tried to fix it, but apparently it was beyond their capacity. The beds squeak terribly. Although there was only two floors, there wasn't an elevator in the building, so we had to carry our luggage and other things up stairs to the 2nd floor. As we are in our mid 70's, this was very inconvenient. I can't recommend a stay at this hotel.」
