The further two bedrooms are served by a well-appointed bathroom with Travertine tiled floor. A convenient separate WC is also located off the hallway. A garden shed provides additional secure storage for surf boards and beach equipment and a warm outdoor shower is just perfect for surfers coming straight from the beach.
From the property, a short walk takes you into Croyde village in one direction and the beach is just a little further in the other. Croyde has a number of great pubs serving good food and drink and there is also a fabulous little ice cream shop. You can also take a mile walk and head up onto Baggy Point Cliffs where you will get stunning coastal views and continue on the South West Coast Path around to the stunning Putsborough Beach where you can enjoy the sheltered beach and splash in the water. For a little bit of retail therapy, head 5 miles to the vibrant village of Braunton which has some lovely independent shops and eateries as well as a supermarket.
