You’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy village life, with charming pubs, shops and an ice cream parlour within 200 metres away, and the golden sands of Croyde Bay a 0.5-mile walk from your door. Surfers and beach lovers alike will adore this iconic stretch of coastline. For satisfying and scenic walks, join the South West Coast Path (0.5 miles) and follow it along to dramatic spots like Baggy Point (1 mile), Woolacombe Beach (4.5 miles) and the National Trust site at Morte Point (5.5 miles). For day trips, explore the pretty village of Mortehoe (5.5 miles) or head to Ilfracombe (9 miles) for harbour walks and seasonal boat trips to Lundy. Families will love fun-filled days at Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (14.5 miles).

Inside, the property is filled with bespoke design touches that beautifully conserve the spirit of the original building. Upstairs, the sleeping spaces include an en-suite king-size bedroom with a rainfall shower, an airy double and two single rooms, along with a spacious family bathroom featuring a bath, a walk-in shower, double wash basins and a WC.

Outside, you’ll have a lovely tiled courtyard framed by lush greenery, ideal for leisurely meals at the table and chairs. Head up a set of steps to reach a lawned garden where dogs and children can play. You’ll also have shared access to a 0.5-acre lawned area (please note the trampoline and skate ramp are not for guest use). Private parking for two cars is provided, making it easy to come and go.
