“Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move……

“The house was great had everything we needed super clean TVs in every room kitchen had everything you need . The host was awesome very responsive. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t right. I would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again. ”

The kids (3&5) loved the toy table that was located in the kitchen- definitely an unexpected bonus!- I highly recommend this property if you’re considering visiting the Houston area, travel time was better than expected to ColorFactory and Dig World and the neighborhood is very much quiet and not too busy.”
