Beautiful property on the side of the mountain. Far enough away for lots of peace and quiet but close enough to Breckenridge to go into town for a dinner or a coffee. With a living area and at least one bedroom on each of the three floors it was the perfect getaway for a trip with extended family.

My brother and my families stayed at this house for a weeklong spring break ski trip.

Beautiful house, spotless, tasteful decorations! We would love to come back again for our next ski trip in Breckenridge!!

Wonderful retreat

This was a wonderful house to use as a home base for a week of day hiking. It is spacious, with 3 different floors with sitting areas complete with TVs and sofas. The views were incredible and the private hot tub was perfect after a day of activity. The kitchen was well stocked, including spices etc. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be love to return someday. Communication with the rental management team was also outstanding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home in Blue River is just outside of Breckenridge in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The view is as Colorado picturesque as it gets. The home is beautiful and well appointed. It is easy to get to Breckenridge ski areas. It cannot be emphasized enough that you MUST have a 4x4 vehicle. As a Colorado native we were fine, but a guest from another state down the street got terribly stuck not using a 4x4.
