Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Blue River at Boulder Bend. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The home is situated at the back of the neighborhood and is a very quiet location. We enjoyed the big hot tub and the comfortable outdoor furniture.

Excellent Stay!

We had an amazing time at this property and communication with the host was so easy! We needed to extend a day and they had no problem with getting back and allowing us to! All instructions prior to check in were clear and very easy to understand. The rental was gorgeous and had amazing views, we even got to see some moose!! We definitely want to keep coming back 😊

The location was great, just far enough out of Breckenridge to get that mountain retreat feeling, but close enough to downtown so that we could enjoy Breckenridge. The amenities we also great, comfortable beds, awesome couch, a great deck for meals and for relaxing, and a hot tub to boot. We had plenty of room for us and our 2 kids. It's also easy to find and the neighbors are very friendly.

Great location with amazing views

The location is great if you want quick, easy access to Breckenridge but like the serene and secluded vibes the mountains have to offer. Basic amenities are provided which is great for travelers. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating for groups. Highly recommend this property if you’re traveling to the Breck area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation stay went very well. The house was exactly what we needed and we really enjoyed it. The only minor things to note were that we had issues with the hot tub water levels. When we called the technician came out several hours later to fix the issue but even after he said everything was fixed we weren’t able to get into the hot tub the entire last day. Additionally there was some trash, glass bottles etc in the out door fireplace that wasn’t ours. Finally, we were unable to check in earlier than 4pm. Outside of those issues it was great!! I highly recommend staying here.

Ski Trip

Stayed here with friends for a long ski weekend. Property was as-listed and even cuter in person. Thoughtful touches and step-by-step instructions for everything. Mgmt. company was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again!
