Wonderful House
We stayed with the extended family age ranges from 1.5-65 and the home was enjoyed by all! Great layout, location to slopes, shuttle and a lovely space.

Excellent chalet at Breck
We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Lots of beds and bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. Excellent hot tub for getting our legs back after skiing. The shuttle that serves the property every 15 minutes worked well at the start of the day and at the end coming off the hill.

This house was AMAZING! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We all enjoy cooking and the Kitchen was just like home, fully stocked and plenty of platters and dishes! This was our once a year family vacay and there was more than enough room for 12 adults and 2 kiddos! View and deck were fabulous!! Super relaxing! Host made sure we had everything we needed and more! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property! We will be back!

Perfect Family Vacation
We love the house! As our kids have grown so has our family. This house was perfect for all our four generations. Granny was able to stay in a room on the main level so no need to do stairs while the kids & grandkids had the run of the game room and everything downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. I HIGHLY recommend this property and Bill (owner) was so easy to work with. He was very kind and helpful to make sure I had all the information I needed including discounts on things in town. Thanks much Bill!

Splendor in the mountains

Breckinridge 2023
An awesome visit and home. The view was spectacular and the house was very close to the slopes. A beautiful home, very clean and well taken care of by its owners. The bedrooms were perfect for all our married children. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked. The furniture was well kept and in excellent condition. What a great vacation for our family!

Wonderful ski holiday!
We found the house spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, with multiple spaces to socialize. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and condiments. We loved the hot tub and the little fox who visited us regularly. We found the shuttle bus which ran on time, was a wonderful service to go back and forth to town. Overall, the accommodation made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Guys Snowboard Trip
Awesome property with all the amenities. The walk to the slopes is easy for skiers but snowboarders have to unstrap and walk to a very flat run (Lower Lehman). We did the walk on the first day but relied on the shuttle for the rest of the week. The shuttle is very convenient. We were greeted by a fox coming up on the deck to check in on us each day. This was my group's first time to Breckenridge and it did not disappoint!

Warrior’s Mark West
We loved our stay at Warrior’s Mark West. The home was huge and had plenty of space to gather with family in the great room, kitchen and dining areas. The downstairs living area was a great spot for family to wind down in the evenings. The views were breathtaking. Oversized laundry was great for tacking our crews’ laundry while there. The kitchen was a gourmet one with everything you could possibly need to cook an elaborate meal for your family. We couldn’t get the outdoor grill working but it snowed the whole time we were there so we just changed our meal plan, The only issue we really had was there was some organic cleaning product used to clean with that left a terrible odor throughout the home. We aired the home out and the odor faded. By the next day, you could barely smell it.I definitely recommend renting the home especially if you have a large group. Oh, one more thing, there are only 1.5 baths on the main floor so if someone stays in the extra bedroom on the main floor, he either would have to use the master bath to bathe or go downstairs.

Wonderful Breckenridge get away
Breck Splendor was a near perfect home for our family of 12. All the amenities were top-notch, the views are beautiful, the home itself spacious and comfortable, and our host could not have been more. . The property is not a true ski in/ski out unless you are very familiar with Breckenridge and the conditions are perfect. That being said, The private shuttle works really well for access to Peak 9 base area. I would recommend this property to others and would love to be a summertime visitor.

Lovely Stay Jan 2022
All in all the house was great! Plenty of space, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and good amenities. Cannot beat the view! The hot tub was so nice after skiing all day. I wasn’t able to get my hatch rest or owlet baby camera connected to the WiFi so my baby monitoring was useless. Bill was prompt and tried to help me get it resolved, so I appreciated that. It’s really not ski in/out. It’s a short walk to the shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and drops you close to the quicksilver lift. You can also walk a bit further from the shuttle stop to ski a trail to the lift. It’s a good location, no complaints- just don’t expect to truly ski in/out of the house. My family had a wonderful time at Breck Splendor and we would definitely stay here again! Perfect for big groups. Thanks for having us

Excellent house . Super attractive, clean and user friendly . Advertised as ski-in/ski-out, which is a stretch at best. You have to walk a city block once you get out of the house to a rather treacherous trail in order to get to the slopes. We tried it once, then drove to the slopes and parked each day

Best Vacay Ever!!!
We had the most amazing stay! This home is absolutely immaculate! We had three families staying here and there was so much room for everyone to have their own space, while also having multiple areas for us all to gather together! This home is so beautifully decorated. We felt like we were staying in a lodge. The views from the back deck and balconies are breathtaking!! We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful home to make more memories in Breck!

What a wonderful experience! This home is beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with every tool we could want for cooking meals in, the dining tables comfortably accommodated our large family, the rooms and bathrooms were restorative, and the family and rec room were spacious for everyone! We were grateful for the highchair, pack-n-play, extra pillows, and humidifiers. The location is lovely, on top of a hill with great views, yet just a quick drive to town and trailheads. Bill was a fabulous host, always easy to get a hold of before the trip and even call to check in a day or two after we arrived. We will certainly keep this rental in mind for the future!

Warriors mark ski week
House was excellent with many amenities and fairly close to town with free shuttle service. House was Well kept and modern. Only issue is this was advertised as “ski in -ski out” and I would say it is possible, but not practical unless conditions are perfect. Be prepared to hike uphill with all your gear.

This place is absolutely amazing. We had a party of 15 and had plenty of room. The house was well stocked and the property manager was very accommodating, contacting us on several occasions to ensure everything was in order. If you're looking for a great place to stay with amazing views and ease of access to town or the slopes, this is the place. I hope this home will be available for our next trip to Breck.

Perfect family vacation home
We had a great stay. All family members ages 15-81 had a comfortable experience. The house is lovely and with a convenient kitchen/necessities. The moose in the yard some mornings was fun to see along with the beautiful red fox. The ski out is easy, the ski in was a bit more challenging! So fun! Thank you.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Our family enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable week!
The home is spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. We were 15 people and everyone had a space to relax and we came together in the modern and well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Highly recommend this property--it couldn't have been better.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable house for large group.
We had a great stay at this beautiful house. There were 15 of us (8 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 2 to 19). The house was clean and easy to access. It has a large kitchen with a large eating/dining area, a nice deck off of the kitchen and main living room with a gas grill and outside furniture. The hot tub was on a lower deck and was large enough for 9 people. The beds were very comfortable and the living areas were spacious. Communications with the property manager were very easy and informative. We had a great time.

The house is beautiful, was decorated for Christmas including a tree, and very convenient location.
This was a Christmas family reunion for our 3 girls and their families. We had 10 adults, 2 teen girls, 2 toddlers, and a 5 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially loved the basketball game, ping pong, and foosball. We never had a problem with the Flologics water shut off. The hot tub was so welcoming after a day in the snow or on the slopes. There are lots of appliances ( KitchenAid mixer, hand mixer, blender, lots of pots, pans, waffle maker, counter top grill, bowls, spices, flour, sugar, more staples in the pantry). The fireplaces work very well to warm heart and home. The view is spectacular from the main floor across the valley. The extra frig in the garage was nice for our large crowd - extra drinks and food. There were sleds available, tho we brought our own. Charter Sports provided exceptional service for all levels of skiers/ snowboarders. The short walk to the free shuttle was convenient. We used it often. Bill was very accommodating and informative before our arrival and was quickly able to resolve a towel shortage. We would highly recommend this property and if we have an occasion to have a large group, we would book it again.

Beautiful well-appointed home
We loved our stay at Breck Splender with our 4 grown children, spouses and grandchildren. The view is wonderful and it is 1.3 miles down the hill to Main street Breckenridge. Previous reviews said it was a 15 min walk to town which it is not. It is a drive and up a steep hill. The home had everything we needed including a pak n play. The hot tub was great. Although no close hiking trails, we did enjoy a mountain stream a little way down the road where we caught some trout. We would stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for 12 + 2 young kids!
The house was perfect - accommodated 12 + 2 kids with no trouble - and the kitchen with spices, etc. was great - I know we added to the pantry as well! We did see two moose out back one morning after 8 inches of snow. And - the sleep number bed was just like the one we have at home - perfect! We used the Warriors Mark West shuttle for ski access as well as going into town - day and night. It was extremely convenient. Able to check skis at Charter overnight - easy access in the morning!
