This is a great condo with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and a spacious common floor for gathering, cooking, and eating. The hosts provided helpful touches and information.The location is wonderful, with easy access to skiing via a short (9-minute) walk or the free shuttle. We left our car in the driveway and used the garage for ski gear. We also walked to the village for dinners and shopping. We enjoyed the private hot tub after the slopes. Our family had a wonderful time together!

Amazing townhouse in a great location!

I rented this townhouse for a ski trip reunion of 8 friends, and it was absolutely perfect. Beautifully decorated with wonderful amenities... coming back to the gas fireplace, large kitchen, and hot tub after a long day on the slopes was phenomenal. Great location as well, short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the base of peak 9 and main street Breck. Tina was also incredibly helpful and responsive when planning our trip, she recommended some really awesome local businesses to check out while we were there. I would highly, highly recommend this property, and I will absolutely be renting from Tina again on my next trip to Breck! Thank you, Tina, for everything! The property really helped make our reunion a memorable one.

Home Away from Home

We love this condo!! Clean, with a fabulous floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil, pot or pan, dish you would need to prepare any meal. The best part of this property is the amount of seating in the living area. Many three bedroom places have minimum couches and comfy chairs. Not this one. Room for everyone. The hot tub was such a treat and having our own private one made family time even better. Games galore supported another family opportunity. It is also a plus to have TVs that allowed us to sign-in to our personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, or Disney). The short walk to town and to the ski shuttle is also a major advantage. We would stay in this property each winter!!!

Perfect for Families

The condo was perfect for a family gathering. They even had a Christmas tree up for the holidays. It was a perfect location for skiing and walking to town. If you needed to catch a bus the bus stop was literally around the corner. The home was equipped with everything you would need to feel comfortable. Great trip!

Great Stay in Breckinridge

This property is comfortable wit easy access. It's not really walk-able to town but convenient bus for the skiers. It's clean and spacious. We enjoyed everything it had to offer....hot tub, cooking in the well equipped kitchen and relaxing in the living room after skiing.

Fantastic Stay

The property management messaged me early in the week and coordinated check in very well. The location was wonderful, with all amenities working great. The walk up can be slippery in ski boots, so walk slow. Great location with easy access to the free ride and a short walk downtown. Really enjoyed our time here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed and was well stocked for our families! Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed for big family meals. We loved the family games and puzzles too! The location was perfect, easy walk into and out of town and we loved having the skating rink across the street. We had all details on the checkin well in advance and no issues at all while there. Would certainly book again!

This property is close enough to town to walk to Main Street and is immaculate. The new carpet gave the impression it was a brand new condo. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to a day of sledding or skiing. We appreciated the amount of towels which allowed hot tub use and showering. The kitchen had every utensil, dishes, bowls, and pans needed to make all of all meals. the amount of seating in the living area and the meal areal made family time easy and comfortable. Two parking spots was a bonus. We would easily return to th this property.

Wonderful Accommodations

We spent a lovely weekend in Breck and this condo was just perfect! We could easily walk to town and there was more than enough for our family of five adults. The private hot tub was a nice touch. We cooked a few times in the well-appointed kitchen and there were even linen napkins available to use—classy. Check-in was a breeze and I’d highly recommend this condo. A+

Property is as advertised: roomy, well furnished and equipped, and plenty of room for family/friends. Easy walk to both slopes and town. Private hot tub a nice benefit at end of day! Great skiing week at Breckenridge

This is a great property at a convenient location. The bus stop is nearby, which is helpful if you are walking in ski boots. Very clean, exactly as the pictures showed. The deck with the grill and hot tub was a plus. Would stay there again without question.

Very NIce Property

The property was very nice & clean. And would stay there again. The only bad is and this is no fault of the owners, but the dryer did not work ALL week. Called Great Western Lodging of the problem, they NEVER called back or asked what they could do to help. Said they would have it repaired and never did when we did speak to someone. Not even a call to us to explain why it was not repaired. We had to ask for extra towels because we wanted to use the hot tub. We had to call them multiple times and only got the we're so sorry story. Not even a call back from the Manager after calling many times. Been skiing at Breckenridge for over 35 years and will NEVER stay at a property managed by Great Western Lodging management again!
