Fun and convenient!
The location was perfect especially with the free shuttle right out of the neighborhood. The hot tub was definitely a must! Couldn’t recommend more

Perfect Stay in Breckenridge
We had a wonderful stay at the Fox Den. We have stayed in Summit county 10 times now, this has been our favorite place to stay. The home is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We were skiing Keystone and felt the location was perfect. 15 minute drive to Keystone slopes and then less than 10 minutes to downtown Breck for dinner. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and roads were plowed everyday it snowed. Private hot tub was amazing. And the place lives up to its name as the Fox Den! While in the hot tub we had two foxes come right up to us! They stayed within 20 feet of us curiously watching for about 15 minutes. Very Cool!

Mountain getaway
Very nice townhouse. Comfortable living room with large tv perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Bedrooms very nice with own bathrooms. Master bath very nice. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Nice location. Would definitely stay again.

Would stay again!
The property was great! The neighborhood was great! The view from the back deck wasnt as good as we was hoping but it was still fairly quiet and was visited by a fox one evening! Definitely would look into booking it again!

Awesome spot in the mountains
This property was absolutely perfect for my family and I. It was exactly as described and plenty of room for me and wife and 3 kids. It is about 5-10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge but parking was easy and we were in the city almost everyday. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, Mountain View’s from the hot tub, and we had a Fox stop by multiple days. Fitting for the property named the Fox Den. The management company was great to work with on the one issue we had with a faulty CO2 detector, and I would highly recommend either this property and or another one they manage

cozy and quiet, 5min from Breckenridge center
we enjoyed our stay. sleeping arrangements were great for a family, neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. location was convenient to Breckenridge and Copper / Frisco. hot tub was a great addition.

BED BUGS
On the second night of our stay we found bed bugs crawling across the hide-a-bed in the living room. We also found remnants of dead ones under the rug. We had to cancel our stay and try to find new accommodations. We are still trying to get back some of our money from the stay, but the property management stopped responding. This might be our last VRBO experiment. VRBO is also impossible to get any help from. We have photos of the bedbugs.

Awesome mountain getaway
What a wonderful house. Impressed with the extras that were available- paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, dish brush, laundry detergent, coffee packets. Made our stay so much easier. So appreciative of the extra blankets and amount of towels. Everything we could have needed in the kitchen. Great washer & dryer. The bath tub is awesome to soak in after a long day skiing. Wonderful location. Perfect distance to both Breckenridge and Frisco.

Great little getaway

Great Summer stay
Stayed in this unit for a summer hiking trip. We cooked in meals every morning and several evening. The kitchen was appropriately stocked. We also used the hot tub each day - that was key for sure. We slept well as well. Unit was close to 9, but only impacted us in the outdoor space.

Comfortable, great location!
My wife and I enjoyed our 2 week stay. The location is perfect; between Breckenridge and Frisco. The hot tub was a plus. I highly recommend.

Summer in the mountains
This is a great property for families with kids. Lots of room to play outside. Good location between Breckenridge and Frisco. The house was clean and updated and had everything we needed. Management was slow to respond to questions/issues but overall we would book this again!

Relaxing stay
We had a great time here. The hot tub was so great to relax in after being on the trails. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. And the view from the back patio was great. Our family had a lot of fun with the puzzles and watching the nhl playoffs in front of the fire.

Great spot
My husband and I had a great stay! My only issue was finding hair in the master shower. Could have been a little more clean, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to report anything. We would and probably will stay here again. Great views and accommodations.

Winter Getaway
Property was very nice and had everything you would need. The kitchen was stocked with any ware or utinsels one might need. Short 10 min drive or less to breckenridge town center. Hottub was in good condition and clean. The pillows in the 2nd bedroom need to be replaced they are not comfortable at all.

Really perfect stay for our winter vacation!
We really loved this cabin- everything was exactly as described. Importantly, the cabin felt really clean. The kids were able to go sledding right in the back yard, and it was easy to drive to a couple different ski resorts. I felt the communication with the management company was slow sometimes- and I did have to actually call a couple times to get a response- but really there weren't any major issues that I needed them for except in the beginning to adjust our reservation dates. I hope to come back here in the future!

Property management not professional
When I booked this location 2 and half months before our travel I was quoted a price which I accepted. I contacted the property management for this location requesting receipt and confirmation of the property 3 days before we were to leave for vacation. That is when I discovered the rate I had accepted was not honored.. They had charged my credit card 175 dolllars above the original price per night. When I spoke to the manager they informed me the property had changed ownership and the new owners would not honor the old owners pricing. I was not contacted about the change in ownership nor the increase in price per night. The property manager did offer to give me a full refund however this was not enough time to find another location to stay at because it was 3 days before our travel and all plans were made and paid for. When I stated this was bad business they offered to give me back 100 credit on my credit card but did not follow through with that promise. The location was nice. The place was average. Not worth the price .

We do sincerely apologize that you feel that way. The original owner you booked with did sell the property, cancelled and refunded your reservation in full and then directed you to the new listing with the new homeowner. You re-booked the property directly online where pricing is itemized on vrbo before checkout. We do not take credit cards over the phone for security purposes so this was not done without your knowledge or consent on the transaction processed through vrbo. When you spoke to one of our reps before arrival, they did work with you and reduced the nightly pricing from the original nightly rate. due to the situation. Vacation rentals are much different from hotels in that they are individually owned and each homeowner sets their pricing accordingly to their preferences and new updates completed. in the homes after taking ownership. Our pricing and calendars are always up to date. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay in Breck and come back to see us again!

Great place 15 minutes from downtown Breckenridge
Well appointed, roomy home less than 15 minutes from downtown. Very good value for price. Gas fireplace and hot tub are a plus. Privately owned and professionally managed - well stocked and very clean. Unless you feel the need to be right in downtown Breckenridge, would highly recommend.

Cute place, good location
The place was perfect for our girls trip (there was 6 of us). At first we were a little worried about space but it ended up being plenty. The private hot tub was perfect after a day of being out in the cold. Communication with the hosts was always quick. The location was perfect since it was minutes away from downtown Breck and the ski lifts. Transportation was easy to manage with the neighborhood shuttles and there is also a bus stop within walking distance.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Breckenridge
I am so happy we found this place for our recent trip!! We recently took a trip to Breckenridge with our two young children and this was perfect. The outdoor area on the back of the property is very large and the kids played in the snow for hours, and having a hot tub right there to jump into was amazing. Property is extremely clean, we will absolutely book this again when we go back.

Cozy, Quiet, Convenient
Come thru the entrance to be greeted by a well appointed living room. 2 couches to spread out on, a flat screen TV and a fireplace that goes on with the flick of a switch. Perfect place to relax & talk (brag) about your day of skiing. Then watch some TV until you no longer can stay awake. Walk upstairs to 2 cozy bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Although the unit shares a common wall with a neighbor, we honestly didn't hear a peep from them. The house is located between Breckenridge & Frisco. We actually enjoyed Frisco more because of their less crowded restaurants and plenty of free parking. Sorry, we had no experience with the shuttle since we had our own vehicle. The home is also a good starting point for other ski resorts like Arapahoe, Copper Mountain & Keystone. Just 2 concerns...kitchen was a bit small, but you know what they say about having too many chefs. And there is this thing about air, or the lack of it. But it has nothing to do with the house. This is the best place to stay while in Breckenridge!!

Perfect mountain getaway
Perfect mountain getaway for two couples. Conveniently located very close to the slopes and to town. My favorite part was looking up at the stars at night. I could see every constellation and star. Truly amazing.

Perfect location! Well maintained!
We had a great stay for our first time away from home at Christmas. Just enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Thankful for the person who kept our walk and driveway shoveled throughout our stay! Very quiet unit. Kitchen is adequately equipped; suggested the owner consider providing a Keurig instead, or in addition to the regular drip coffee maker. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Appreciated being able to park in the garage. Just a few minutes from Breckenridge and close location to Frisco for additional shopping. Dillon, Keystone and Cooper were not far drives. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family traveling to this area.

Great Getaway!
We had a great stay at this townhouse while visiting Breckenridge over Spring Break. Our family of four had more than enough space. The house is in a great location just on the outside of town. After spending the day skiing or snowmobiling, the hot tub was a relaxing way to end the day. We will definitely be back in the future!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is so cozy and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the location is very convenient yet away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Very peaceful location.
