The space-
This three bedroom, three bathroom home is situated on two private, wooded acres just south of Breckenridge with ample room for a family gathering or group of friends. This spacious home comfortably sleeps six people, the maximum allowed for our license.
The top floor is where you will find the en-suite master bedroom. On its own level, the master bedroom is a very private space. The king size bed and large, jetted soaking tub in the attached bathroom allow for a truly relaxing stay. There is a small deck off the master bedroom as well.
Down one level from the master bedroom you will find the kitchen, dining and living spaces, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The vaulted ceilings and large picture windows on this main level create an open, bright feel. The expansive mountain views are beautiful.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the large island has seats for gathering. The oversize dining table seats six people comfortably.
The west facing deck off the main level has patio furniture and a bbq grill.
The east side of the main level is where you will find the queen bedroom and bunk room (twin over full) and full shared bathroom. The hot tub is on the east facing deck off the bunk room.
Down a half level from the main level is the third full bathroom and laundry area, on its own floor.
Down another half level from here is the ground floor where you will find the second living room with large flat screen tv and game table. This is where you enter the home from the garage.
The outside space is truly glorious in the summer months! There is a private path through the yard along the creek down to the fire pit that winds back up to the house. A perfect setting for warm weather gatherings and wildflower wandering.
There are two exterior security cameras at the front of the house- One facing the garage door and one facing the parking/yard areas.

In the winter months, four-wheel drive vehicles will be required for safe driving and for accessing the home.
