House is very well stocked, super comfortable for families, and there is plenty of room for a few families to spread out. We really felt at home here over the Christmas holiday. The location is outstanding - shuttle is across the street, but close enough that we walked to the lifts most days. It was a close walk into town, but the house was located on a quiet street away from the busyness. Would highly recommend to others!

Christmas in Breckenridge

Our group of 12 ranging from age 2 to 68 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were multiple places for our family to gather and enjoy the holiday. The kids loved the game room with so many options! The house served our needs perfectly. We loved that the ice skating rink and sledding hill were nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved our stay!

Family get away

We had the best time getting our family together and just spending time with each other after not seeing each other for 2 years. There were 11 adults and 3 small children. The house couldn’t have been more perfect! There were several areas big enough for all of us to gather. The bedrooms were all very spacious with very comfortable beds. It was a short walk to town, everything was absolutely beautiful!!

Beautiful Home

Wonderful home - beautifully and comfortably decorated. Large enough so our family of 9 was not on top of each other, yet, cozy enough so that we enjoyed meals, movies and many, many games of pool in the basement. Well equipped kitchen for grill night and very relaxing hot tub after long day on the mountain. Easily walkable to town, but not with ski gear. We used the local shuttle bus system (very crowded during high time, but to be expected). Very, very pleased with our stay.

Breckenridge dream

This house had literally everything. All the bedrooms had king beds and bathrooms. The downstairs game room was so much fun - shuffleboard, ping pong, pool, video games and many more. Close to Main Street, parks, hiking paths, trolley. Summit Luxury was so nice to work with. Immediate responses to any questions we had. Truly the best experience. Couldn’t have gone better.

Breckenridge family trip

This property was perfect. More than adequate space for 8 adults, 2 teenagers and another 2 at 8 and 6 years old. Amazing entertainment options which kept all engaged for hours. Really enjoyed playing table tennis and arcade games with my grandchildren. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked 7 dinners, and were not lacking for any tools or equipment. Seating for meals over the top with the ability to seat all 12 of us and more. Access to lifts was very convenient. A 5 minute car ride to the lift. Highly recommend this property especially for a large family. We hope to go back some day.

Great for our big family vacation!

We came with our extended family from Indiana, many traveling out West for the first time. This house was perfect for our group. Each family had a space for themselves to get away and have their own down-time. The kitchen was great for big family dinners, the game room perfect for the kids on the rainy evenings, and overall just plenty of room to spread out. We easily walked to town, but if you don’t want to make the walk the trolley and bus pick up right across the street! The house was exceptionally clean and everything felt well maintained for the most part. The back deck could use more seating (4 chairs is definitely not enough!), and maybe check over things like appliances, etc for wear and tear right when you get there to be sure you aren’t questioned about them after check out (we were asked about some wear on the stovetop, but luckily it was resolved without issue). Overall this house was ideal for our big family vacation and made for a very memorable visit for all.

The BEST house in Breck!

Tucked away in a picturesque setting, this cozy haven provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable week of winter fun with 12 of our closest friends. It is just a block away from the shuttle stop to the lifts and town making it not just convenient but also a strategic advantage for our large group. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and has multiple seating areas, and the bedrooms are large (we never felt crammed) with views from every room. The attention to detail throughout the cabin, from the cozy blankets to the tasteful artwork, reflected the owner's commitment to providing a memorable and comfortable experience for guests. To top it off - the property management team is amazing! They are very responsive and helped accommodate our every need. In conclusion, our annual ski trip was elevated to new heights by this Breck gem. Its stunning aesthetics, prime location, and thoughtful amenities left us with cherished memories and a unanimous decision to make this cabin our go-to retreat for future winter adventures!

House is amazing and perfect for large family get togethers. Lots of space to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes and the hot tub was a daily hit. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any I recall having stayed in with every type of pot, pan, knife, and gadget you could think of which made cooking meals pleasantly easy. Host was attentive and readily available, a small minor issue on the first day was immediately fixed while we were on the slopes. Great location near town made for an easy drive or walk in and the bus system was perfect for our ski crew that all had different Apres Ski timelines.Would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

Family Summer vacation July 28 2025

The house is in a great location. The kitchen is great- the dining room has plenty of room to accommodate about 20 people. Formal living room is awesome with beautiful window views. Lower level family room and game room/bar area had fun gaming areas for everyone! All bedrooms had their own en suite and were very accommodating. The back deck was an amazing place to watch the sunsets and quiet, peaceful mornings. And also to enjoy a soak in the hot tub. The house was very clean. We were a family of 13 eight adults and five children. The house had more than enough room. Beautiful place we would definitely go back.

Our extended family of 11 from the SE had a fabulous visit to Sasquatch Chalet. The property is in excellent condition and had more than everything our group could need or want. Many properties are made to look bigger in pictures, but Sasquatch Chalet has plenty room for everyone to do as they choose. The basement and game room felt like its own separate wing of the house. Plenty of table seating for meals and family games. The large hot tub and Blackstone flat top grill were much appreciated! Of everywhere I've been in Colorado, Breckenridge is still my favorite place to stay. The perfect mountain village in a beautiful Rocky Mountain setting. So much to do so close by! We enjoyed summer ski resort activities, horseback riding, scenic railroad rides, and more! The management company was excellent in communication and customer service from the moment we booked all the way through our departure. The couple of needs we had during our stay were handled very quickly, and we always felt like they were there to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend booking this property for your next stay in Breckenridge.
