In the heart of Breckenridge.

Great location and condo in the heart of Breckenridge. Perfect place for our family of four. I would defiantly stay there again.

Creek front deck & view

Great place for a couple with fantastic creek front view of the water from the deck. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with the sunrise & roaring creek! Never slept on a trundle bed before but it was surprisingly comfortable for my husband & I. Very clean kitchen & bath-great cleaning staff added the little touches to nicely folded towels & organized kitchen dishes ect..although we ate out on this trip. Cute place- coffee tables & lamps a little worn but the rest of the place as it appears in the photos. We would rent again as you can’t beat the creek view & a 2 minute walk to the downtown area/restaurants along the creek path.Plus, you can pick up the bike trail to Frisco right out the property, which is super fun to bike it! We brought our own bikes, but there’s also a bike rental place next-door so you can’t beat the convenience . Would recommend softer new pillows or bring your own as we like too. Overall great little place! Love Breckenridge in the summer or wintertime!

Great Location; Limited Space/ Storage

**Great Location, but Lacked Space and Amenities****Pros**: The location of this property is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the ski lift, and the 4 o'clock ski-out route drops you right at the door of the lodge—super convenient. It’s also within walking distance to town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and features comfortable furniture, perfect for unwinding after a day skiing. The in-unit laundry is a great perk, especially for longer stays, and the fully equipped kitchen was ideal for preparing meals and snacks. These amenities definitely added a lot of convenience to the stay.**Cons**: We are travelers who prefer to unpack and settle in. While the location and amenities are great, the space itself felt a bit cramped, with very little room to unpack in either the room or the bathroom. The unit had only one luggage stand and a closet with fewer than 10 hangers. We ended up using the empty hallway for storage, but ultimately, we were living out of suitcases, off the floor, for the entire week. Even something as simple as additional hangers or hooks for ski gear in the hallway would have made a difference. In the end, it just felt difficult to fully settle in.

Perfect Location!

The location of this property is absolutely amazing! A 1-2 block walk to the Main Street and the balcony overlooking The Blue River (which you can hear from inside) were the highlights of our trip. The property has modern updates, secure garage parking, was very clean and the Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable! The size is small, but cozy for two people. The condo property itself could use a few updates, however, that didn’t impact the quality of our stay at all. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breck!
