"Fantastically updated top floor apartment with three fabulous balconies that have beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. It was spotless, and had everything necessary for a family of five to have the best vacation in Nice! Communication was wonderful, as was the location. "This was the worst experience I’ve had at a short term rental. We arrived at 10 PM, and after carrying our luggage up 4 flights of stairs, we were hit with the odor of sewage and cigarette smoke when entering the apartment.The host was nonresponsive and completely unavailable to be able to help so we were forced to get through the night with my elderly parents and 8 month old daughter.
