Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. The floor was covered in construction paper as there was work ongoing to replace pipe. One day water was shut off. There was……
