This spacious home has plenty of room for the whole family to come and enjoy all that Brevard and the surrounding area has to offer. You are only a short walk or bike ride from downtown Brevard and the Dupont State Recreation Forest & Pisgah National Forest is less than a 20-minute drive. There is also a large fenced in backyard with a trampoline for the kids to enjoy. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunroom as you plan your day in Brevard, NC. So pack your bags and bring the whole family and a few friends along to enjoy Western North Carolina.

Great Spot!

The property is a 10/10. Great location, fast WiFi, a spacious yard, a fully equipped kitchen with EVERY utensil and piece of cookware you could want. I’m definitely staying here again on a future trip.

The spaces are so cozy with lots of natural light on the top floor. The neighborhood is centrally located and very quiet. This was our second stay and we look forward to staying again soon!

Great family vacstion

We loved this house! The layout was wonderful for our large family. Everything was clean and there were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the trampoline in the backyard was fun! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kids were thrilled to discover white squirrels! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Ideal in every way

This charming home has plenty of room to spread out and is very reasonably priced. It's in a quiet, cute neighborhood with lots of opportunities to see white squirrels, and the location is convenient to everything. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked; the rooms were spotless and clean when we checked in (and we tried to keep it that way). There are all sorts of spaces to relax in - comfy dens, cozy living rooms, sun rooms, and spacious bedrooms. We didn't take advantage of the large backyard because we were out hiking all day, but it provided a pleasant view. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Great value for money

There were 9 of us, including two teenagers and a 20 year old , but there was plenty of room and we never felt on top of each other. The house is very warm and welcoming, and well equipped for all ages. More like borrowing someone’s home than a rental unit. Short walk into downtown Brevard, nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to families looking for the comforts of home even when on vacation!

Great house in Brevard

My family was totally satisfied with our stay at this house. The kids loved the outdoor trampoline. The house is quite large, so it works well for large families or even two families. House was very clean and everything working fine. We could even walk to downtown Brevard. About 1 mile on sidewalks. I would stay here again.

Great Place for MTB weekend

Super convenient location to Pisgah, DuPont, breweries and downtown. Very affordable, with the trade-off being a couple small things about the place are a little worn out. Would 100% stay here again with the bike friends.

Nice Place in the mountains

House was clean and spacious. Some of the furnishings are a little dated but overall was a great stay. Just disappointed garage wasn’t available. We were on motorcycles and the garage was one reason I picked this house. Would recommend to others and would stay there again.

Visit to Brevard

This house is large with plenty of room for 6 people. We used the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms upstairs and there is still another bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Our kids liked the trampoline out back and even used the playroom downstairs too. We used the fire pit outback one night. Great location very close to downtown Brevard and entrance to Pisgah. My only suggestions is that the carpet downstairs needs to be replaced and it would be nice to have chairs by the fire pit.

Family of 4, weekend getaway to the mountains. While the important bits are clean, i.e bathrooms, kitchen, beds, the house could definitely use a deep clean and freshening up of paint, carpets, simple maintenance issues. However, not a deal breaker given the close proximity to town, nice neighborhood, and fairly priced.

Brevard regulars

Dad lives in College Walk and we came to visit. We needed a space for six adults, and this fit the bill! The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to town and the house is as pictured. Loved walking the beautiful area! We suggest that the home get a deep clean (fans and fireplace) and more seating in the upstairs living room. We would come again! Love Brevard!

A few problems but overall good

The property was great, but should have told us that we needed our own accounts to get on the TV. Some one had taken the right remotes, which I don't think was the property managers fault. He did bring us another DVD so we could watch some of the many DVD's they had. Could have used more silverware, but had a lot of dishes and pans and lots of miscellaneous spices and many things we needed. Beds were good and loved the sunroom and family room. It was set up so the guests could stay up late and not bother ones that turned in early. Would rent again.
