Fall Holiday

The house is great for a big family. Lots of room and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the fire table and pit. Dog yard was perfect for our two dogs.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! Extremely clean and well stocked home, right down to a space heater and quite a few standing fans stored in closets. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our college aged kids loved the game room and having a second living space to hang out in when mom and dad went to bed earlier . The deck was wonderful for watching the sunset and wildlife, we saw white squirrels and several deer. We will be back!

Nice, well appointed large house

This is a large split level house with plenty of space for a large family or two. The usual amenities are there: Large TVs, fully stocked kitchen, fire ring, fire table, ample parking, ample towels and bath supplies, fast internet (though intermittent when we were there), upgraded everything. It’s fairly close to town. The rental agent was responsive and very accommodating.

Having garage space for bike storage was perfect as well as having access to an outdoor hose for cleaning bikes. Overall it was very well stocked and we appreciated having things like hand soap, dish soap and laundry soap provided. Quick and friendly responses.

Beautiful house with lots of room. We rented a 30' RV and drove here, so if you have a large vehicle and lots of guests, this is your place to be. My dogs absoltely loved it too. LOL. They have a nice little fenced in area for them. We were able to grill out and my grandkids checked out the woods behind the house. Very private house and secluded. The master bedroom is absolutely enormous, my daughter loved it. Brevard is so beautiful and I never even heard of this place until recently. We will definetly be back, because it's so blistering hot in Sarasota in the summer. Also check out Pretty Place Chapel, absolutely gorgeous views.

Great location- Ty he's away but still very close to town and amenities. Lots of breweries nearby. Did a waterfall hike one day, explored downtown Brevard one day and breweries another day. Had a wonderful Friendsgiving!

The house was exactly as shown. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The appliances were all very nice.The fenced yard was exactly as pictured and worked great for our dogs. The views from the deck were beautiful.

Wonderful Mother's Day trip with family.

We enjoyed staying at Hilltop Retreat. The house had everything you could need. My 94 year old mother sat by the gas firepit and enjoyed the cooler weather. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

The house was very clean and well equipped. We loved having two living spaces and the game room was a hit. The deck was the perfect spot to watch the sunset and wildlife (several white squirrel and deee sightings). We plan to return next year for our annual trip to Brevard.

Family Vacation

Our family from Kentucky came to spend a few days in Brevard. The house was perfect for all of us. The space was large enough for everyone, and the game room was a high hit. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large quiet mountain retreat.

Great house- attention to the little things

What separates this house and perhaps White Squirrel is attention to detail. The house had plenty of towels, extra toiletries, a gate outside the porch, plenty of garbage cans, plugs in bedrooms for chargers. The kitchen had two ovens, dining room was big and sat alll of us and the house has two refrigerators. Great space, clean and felt like home. With dogs we also appreciated the fenced in yard. The house is close to the Main Street area and easy drive to trails and food shopping. Plenty of space for the bikes too. Great house!!

Overall we had a fine stay, but one of our guests wasn't feeling well on our last morning and we checked out at 10:28 instead of 10. In that less than thirty minutes the property manager called three times and left angry voicemails demanding that we vacate immediately, which seemed really aggressive and un-accommodating for no reason. Would not stay again due to the property manager's attitude and communication style given his display of anger. Cons: Some bath towels had stains on them. House has a smell and it doesn't feel very clean or well put together. Pros: House is large with plenty of space. There is nice deck space.

Labor Day weekend

Great house very close to downtown Brevard. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The wrap around porch with a fire pit is great and has nice views of the mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay even though it rained all weekend. The house is close to numerous hiking trails and waterfalls and very convenient to a couple of breweries. We had 4 couples and a 18 month old baby. The house is big and with two floors with separate living rooms, it was perfect for our group. The master bedroom is huge and I love the bathroom with double sinks. Overall, we had a great stay despite the weather!

The house was amazing! So much room and fully stocked. Wonderful appliances and everything needed for cooking. The only issue we had was with the TV/internet. We kept getting kicked out of TV or computer. It may not be strong enough to handle TVs, two computers, 6 cell phones and 4 tablets. When we arrived the heat was not on and not hot water. I contacted reality company. Someone was there and resloved the problem. Issac was very polite and professional. gfd
