We loved our trip to Brevard!

We really enjoyed this cute house. It had everything we needed to enjoy a few days in Brevard. We loved the screened in porch and the close proximity to downtown.

Great location, very clean

We were in Brevard for short trip to visit family over Thanksgiving. Property is very comfortable and clean, and well located in nice neighborhood close to downtown. We would stay there again.

Perfect for our family visit

The house is charming and the location could not have been better. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and had 8 people around the table. Wonderful area for hiking too.

Perfect location

My family had a great stay at this property on our recent trip to Brevard. The house was perfect for the 5 of us, and we really enjoyed the screened porch and beautiful backyard. A short walk had us downtown with the wonderful shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Brevard.

Superb location

This house and location were perfect for our girls 3 night stay. Everything walking distance and really enjoyed some of the local restaurants only 2 blocks away. House is comfortable, but a bit dated as stated in other comments.

Charming cottage! Very inviting, right down to the artwork on the walls. Well stocked kitchen along with all the supplies throughout the house. I really appreciated how clean everything was. Perfect location situated in a quiet neighborhood with large yard. Would not hesitate to book here again!

Great little house very close to downtown Brevard. We were pressed to get out things moved from one VRBO rental to another and Elisabeth worked hard to make it work out.

Lovely cottage!

My sister and I had a great weekend stay in this lovely yellow cottage on Maple Street. We grew up in Brevard and were returning to visit friends and family. The check in process was seamless, the cottage is well equipped, clean and within a short walk to downtown. It is perfect place for a visit to Brevard. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved our little getaway weekend at Brevard at this property very convient to go to the college. The house was very comfortable. Love coming to Brevard to cook for my son while he is at the college and this house made it so nice to be able to do that. Felt like home

Great Home Near Downtown

Had a great stay at this property. We were able to walk to the downtown area in just a few minutes. House was very clean and well stocked with lots of great items in kitchen. Fenced in yard for our doodle was a great plus. Plenty of room for four of us. Would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in Brevard Easy walk to downtown shopping, dining and breweries Close to bike path that takes you all the way to entrance to Pisgah We used this as a base for a weekend cycling trip. Elisabeth was very responsive when we had a minor issue (locked ourselves out) Would definitely stay here again.

Well-appointed, Great Location

My wife and I stayed at 58 Maple St. in Brevard for a brief WNC getaway. We found the house to be very clean and well-stocked with a brand-new full-sized gas range, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. This house is within easy walking distance to downtown Brevard and centrally located for hiking in Pisgah and Nantahala National Forests. We needed to extend our stay an extra night and had no problem contacting Pete Key Properties the day before our scheduled departure and making the arrangements. We are seasoned vacation rental guests and would wholeheartedly recommend this house to couples and families staying in the Brevard area.

The screened in porch was so nice to enjoy the weather on! The quick 5 minute walk to downtown was perfect as we went out to eat and checked out the local breweries. The home was cozy and comfortable with everything we needed and the rental company was just a phone call away if we needed anything. Great place to stay and would definitely stay there again.
