“We had a pleasant stay at the house with total 5 ppl. The house are still quite new, however, we would suggest to update all the cookware like frying pans and the pots. Also, it would be great if there is a BBQ grill available. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this house, 30 mins drive from Acadia park and close by all the supermarkets and shops. ”

“This place is very clean and the rooms are large. I enjoyed the walk down to the water, which is close by. Kitchen was well stocked. I, too, felt a railing on the stairs would be helpful. I am new to the Vacasa connection, so that took some learning, but all went well. ”

“Owners were very helpful and communicative. Area was quiet, but still very close to services & the interstate. The shower was a bit small, but everything else ticked the boxes that are important to us, so we didn't mind. We were visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving, so this was "overflow housing" for us. We will definitely book here again, if needed in the future.”

“There are safety, fire and handicap issues which make this location a risk for fire and physical injury for anyone. The shower height is inappropriate for any age. Extension cords connected to space heaters are a fire hazard. There should be a warning in the description of the property when considering booking for personal comfort. We checked out early as we could not stay at this VRBO.”

“This place was the perfect venue to celebrate our adult daughter's undergraduate graduation from Unity Environmental College while she visited the University of Maine to possibly pursue her master's after separating from the US Navy. Coastal Maine was always our best family vacation. This rental offered us the new flavor of interior Bangor while being close enough to revisit Acadia, Bar Harbor, and Tidal Falls Preserve. "The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient."
